In an effort to serach for a users manual for you, I ran across some important information that might be of interest to you. It appears the model crib you have is involved in a recall due to safety issues with the slats.

Can you call the manufacturer or visit Babies R Us for the manufacturers phone#? We have the crib you have and so far no issues, fairly easy to assemble

I just talked to Jardine's customer service group (Dorel Home Products) today (800-295-1980) and they told me they could send me instructions by email for putting together my DA822BC.

I just converted my daughters crib this morning. Here is the scanned in instructions for model 0308L00...
