I know of a website called mySimon.com that carries rockland prouducts and parts. If that does not work maybe a look on craigslist or ebay to find the part you need, and maybe the person selling the item will break the crib down. i would also try rocklandmfg.com. I hope that helps you because this can be a problem.

Also, the crib is sold under several different names, Modus Furniture is one of them and it's not listed there either.

General rule of thumb is basically that drop side cribs have been determined unsafe. Most manufacturers are providing an immobilization kit voluntarily even if their crib was not recalled. My crib is from Pottery Barn, wasn't listed on the site but they are sending out kits anyway.

If your crib is a drop side crib, I would call JC Penney to see if they are providing kits....but the answer to your question is no, it has not; but it may be in the future so I would investigate getting a kit through JC Penney.

The manufacturers are not asking for proof of purchase (many folks buy second hand cribs), they are only asking for the information on your crib.

I have a white dase 5275 crib I don't know if it is a 3 in 1 or what but it came with no instrictions how to put it together and I have a baby on the way in two weeks can anyone help me?

The instructions to convert this be can be found on the bottom where the stick is with the manufacturers info and warning, but be careful i have the same one and the screws ripped through the wood causing it to colapse.
