Need user manual for algor oven model AKL871/WH

Recently moved to property with Algor electric fan oven fitted, does anyone have a manual for model AKL871/WH or know how to work the grill? sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, should the oven door be open or closed for the grill to function? Alternatively does anyone know who manufactures Algor so I could get a manual direct?

Algor fan making noises
switch off main wall switch check how free the blade spins if tight needs a drop of oil on bearings if able to access them or may be worn out check blades are not rubbing on part of cover or side.
if a small drop of oil is put on a screwdriver may access if spins free then test.

STOP sign on cooker display
Try unplugging it for about a minute, then plug it back in. Not sure but that might solve the problem.

Thermostat + User Manual
The manufacturer, (Stoves), no longer has a web site, so they are most likely no longer in business. However, like most manufacturers, they used parts common to most ranges. If you can extract the part, there should be a replacement part for it at a local parts supplier.
