You have to replace the mic that

Bad news...you've blown the tweeters. Overdriving the mixer/amp creates distortion on the amplifier which heats up the speaker voice coils and eventually causes damage. Because of their small diameter voice coil windings the tweeters fail first (opens up like a fuse element does) followed by the woofer making a scraping sound (deformed voice coil) or not working as well. Warranty service because you blew out the tweeters? Don't get your hopes up.

1. PLEASE use enough power for the venue that you have. A high powered system will run all night at 10:00 (physical volume knob setting) than an underpowered system set for 2:00.

2. Get speakers off the ground and closer to your audience's ears. Audio from speakers on the floor must battle surfaces that actually absorb some of the sound....carpet, drapes, etc. And besides, legs can't hear that well.

Have your unit brought back from where you bought it, the phone mic piece or microphone is damaged this should be replaced, thats why they cant hear you.
I would not recommend it replaced by yourself, this would void your warranty, and e63 phones is quite sensitive

if you cant hear caller voice. do one thing go to gallery and go to voice recorder and record some voice then save that then go to media and play recorded sound if its working means your loud speaker is working but not ear peic means (ear speaker) not working. so then you need to change ear speaker.you can do your self just watch video on online.

trie checking the mic and the mic settings on your computer

try checking your mobile's mic.. maybe its fault due to exposure to water or mobile dropped....if you urgently need a solution try to make calls vai head set.... or else you've to service...

you need to install the smart audio driver 221 for your laptop the mute problem should be solved with that and should increase voice qty a little. I guess you are using Win XP

Go to Speech Tool Bar, then Select "Speech Tools, then Speech dialogue box will open, Select tab "Speech Recognition".

Create a new Recognition Profile, then delete old profile
