Have you tried resetting the Blueant Z9i? You push the Volume Up, Volume Down and Blueant buttons all at the same time (with the device on). This will eliminate all paired phones, then re-pair with just your phone (hold down Blueant button for 6 seconds or so to enter pairing mode).

I have a BlueAnt model # BTSVBC3 I have a new I-phone 6 plus how do I sync the new phone to my BlueAnt? Thank you.

The standard procedure is of course to go into setting, turn on your bluetooth services and wait to locate all bluetooth enabled products to show and if prompted for a password you enter 0000. On the BlueAnt you turn on and hold the button down until you get a flashing blue light, often blue/red combo but flashing to go into pairing mode.

If you've tried all of this already and it's not connecting, you might want to refer to this article to reset the BlueAnt...

How do you pair an iPhone with the blueAnt st3?

Step 1: Activate Pairing Mode on the Supertooth 3

Make sure the Supertooth 3 is turned off.
You can tell if the Supertooth 3 is on or off by looking at the light on the front. If the light is on or flashing, then the Supertooth 3 is on: turn it off by holding down the Multi-Function button (the green button) for about 5 seconds, until you hear the voice announce that the Supertooth 3 is powering down.
With the Supertooth 3 off, hold down the Multi-Function button for about 6 seconds, until the light on the front of the unit starts flashing red and blue.
The Supertooth 3 will now prompt you to select your language: press the Multi-Function button when you hear your language spoken.
The Supertooth 3 is now in pairing mode.

Step 2: Apple iPhone

Now you need to use your iPhone to search for Bluetooth devices:

Select Settings.
Select General.
Select Bluetooth.
Wait for your phone to search for devices, then select your BlueAnt device from the list.
If you are prompted for a PIN, enter 0000 (four zeros).
Select Connect.

Your BlueAnt device is now paired.
