Have emailed then called EBay customer support twice. Took 45 minutes of there technical advice to tell me they could not remedy the problem and transferred me to another level that could. After being on hold was disconnected after 6 minutes both times. The third time I contacted customer support they told me I was the only one that can unsubscribe from my account. I got fed up and told them I had already tried twice and on third attempt I still cannot unsubscribe. when I enter search words they just suggest books for closing credit/debit accounts or books to unsubscribe for banking accounts. This has been going on for 4 hours! I've had all I care to.

there should be a unsubscribe link at the very bottom of the email that you can click on to unsubscribe from receiving any further emails from the company. If it is a paid subscription you should get the customer service phone # for what ever publication it is and call them to cancel.
