Power cord will not work

Remove power cord. Take device, flip it upside down,. keep it upside down for at least 20 minutes while the capacitors release charge, the power back on. Sounds crazy but it work and my clients. I am sling TV tech, certificate #A453654329.

Sounds strange indeed. All other devices; except the TV works fine with all power sockets at your house!! Just replace the power pin, at the end of the TV power cord and check. There is nothing more to check for you. It it too do not help you, contact any service technician. Electro help

Try changing the cord out I had the same problem on mine which has a manufacturer date of 2007, when I changed the power cord out to a one with a higher voltage it worked fine.

What is the model of the T.V.? Do you have a power cord from anything else that would fit the T.V. that also has the same power rating? If you do try using that power cable and see if that helps. If it doesn't work try using a different outlet too.

Apparently the gfci on the plug (the reset button) has gone bad. The best thing to do is to purchase a new cord and replace it. These switches sometimes go bad. Good Luck

i have a l32wd22 rca -----went out -- the plug from the power cord to the power supply [ a two prong jack on the side of power supply was loose]
i bent the pins slightly then plug it back in and also taped it in place---now it works fine

test the cord, use it in place of the one on your other computer, if it works ok, then replace the power supply on the computer that will not start, however I warn you now, I have done computer repairs for a long time, and there is no telling what the "power surge" ate! you might replace power supply to find out the connector on the mother board was ate too. this is a trial and error thing or (process of elimination)

start with the power supply, if the cord is good, (and the cord will be fine).

I ended up unplugging both sides of the power cord (from the TV and the wall), waiting five seconds, plugged it back it, and it worked fine.

I'm looking for that TV For my van..we had same tv and now it doesn't work. How much would you sell it for?
