What unlock code did you mean? Samsung SGH G600 network unlock code? If that code is what you mention you can get that from your network provider in this case you can call o2 customer service and make request about samsung unlock code, they will need to know your account details to process your request. Just remove your Memory Card for few minutes and again insert the Memory Card, then it's works fine. I too had the same problem in my Samsung Champ. But now it's all fine now.

Have the flex cable connecting the screen and the keypad replaced. I have repaired many slide-type Samsung phones that has the same problem.

you have to swnd it into your provider's technical department. I'm sure when you signed your agreement, they told you about what to do as far as if damage occurs to your phone.

take the phone and have it reset any mobile center should be able to get that done for you.
