I had a 42pz80u that flashed 10 times and it was the power supply that was bad. Once I replaced it the tv worked perfect again.

TV , BLACK OUT AND THE BLUE INDICATER LIGHT KEEP FLASHING WITH NO SOUND

You need to do some troubleshooting to narrow down the problem first before buying the correct parts.
You need to inspect the power suply caps and DC output voltages.
It can be power supply, main board, backlight inverter boards shorted out and caused the TV to go into safety shutdown.

I actually have a 250. bulb is new but stopped working. When plugged in green power indicater lights then flashes two red lights.

The projector is bloked, you need reset the lamp timer. Press and hold the VOLUME + buttom, then press the VOLUME - buttom. Hold both buttons down for 10 seconds.

Lamp has been replaced but TV wont power up?

If the lamp is a known good one, the next most likely suspects are the lamp ballast/power supply board or a mis-aligned lamp door. There's an interlock switch which opens when the lamp door is removed. Try removing and re-installing the lamp and the door.

We have a Sony Trinitron Color TV - KV-HX32 and we are getting a series of 10 flashing lights. Can you help as no activity on tv at all. Thanks

I found a copy of the service manual online, and the series of 10 flashes means that the High-Voltage has been stopped because of a problem with:

T8001 (FBT) rare short-circuit (D Board)
IC8002, Q8013, 8014, R8051 (D Board)

The above are listed as "Probable Cause Location"

If I still had all my test instruments I'd fix it myself, but not worth going out and buying them all again just to fix one TV :)

WORKS 3 MIN AND SHUTS OFF

If it is the power LED that is flashing orange 2times every five seconds , it suggests that the Lamp Cover was not reinstalled correctly. Remove and reinstall it
