Call your network provider they can give you the PUK unlock code. Just don't use your lock sim until you got the PUK unlock code.

A PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) is the code required for enabling/unlocking a sim card. This disabling/lock is a result of erroneously entering the PIN (Personal Identification Number) multiple times. Depending on the SIM card issuer, erroneously entering the PUK code multiple times would result to a permanently blocked/disabled SIM card. The PUK code is an OTW (one time write) only and therefore the only way to open the card is with the PUK code.
In all instances, it has nothing to do with the phone itself but with the SIM card, hence, the LG Vu CU920 would still work with another SIM card.
