There are a few cleaners that top the list of suction side pool cleaners, Hayward navigator and "the pool cleaner" are my top picks followed by zodiac g3 or g4.
If you don't have a designated suction line for the vac and are retrofitting into a skimmer then I suggest you add a vac mate as well this seems to work the best when sharing the skimmer as a vac line as well.
Pricing for the vacs range from $300 after rebates to $500.... Vac mate is around $50.

I have tried pool repair in Gilbert, AZ and I remember they had some nice cleaners. You could try contacting them.

Our dirt devil pool cleaner keeps sticking to the pool floor and will not move around, what do we need to do?

Make sure that your unifram is installed with the opening in a vertical position. If it is horizontal, you pool cleaners line will not have proper suction. You will also want to check for obstructions in the flapper that would cause the cleaner to not move properly. Finally, make sure that this is the proper cleaner for your pool size. If you have an in ground or very large above ground pool, it is possible that the pump you are operating with is too strong for the cleaner to move properly.

Vac gets stuck in deep end and can't get to shallow end

What type of pool do you have? These specific pool cleaners are made for flat bottomed above ground pools. They are not made to move from deep end to shallow end. If you are using this on an in ground pool that has both shallow and deep or a dished above ground pool, you are not going to get accurate cleaning.

Use Pool Pulse to ensure proper flow. It could feel ok on your hand, but you need very precise pressure to power these pool cleaners. If you are not familiar with how to use the Pool Pulse feature, take a look at the users manual below. They have a step by step guide to this feature.

Will not travel into shallow end

The first problem that you have is that you indicated that you have a Zippy pool cleaner by Zodiac. This cleaner is designed for above ground, flat bottomed pools. If you are using it for a dished above ground or in ground pool with a shallow end, the cleaner and the hose itself are not compatible with your pool. That is why it is not going to the shallow end of your pool. I would consider looking for pool cleaners that are designed for in ground pools if you want it to cleaner properly.

I need to know what setting on the gauge provided to set the value at.

Are you referring to your pool cleaners flow gauge? If so, the reading should be at a 3. If you need to raise or lower it, the owners manual (below) has specific information for doing so.

Wondering if a robo-kleen robotic pool cleaner can be used in an inground pool?

You will find it won't climb walls, but should clean just fine on the bottom area.
