Sensor not plugged in, bad, stuck, or inserted into tank upside down. Try banging on the top of the tank filler in the case that the float switch is just stuck.

There is a float inside the washer bottle with a magnet in it, either the float is stuck or the read relay is faulty.

SOURCE: My windshield washer fluid is not pumping out to

Remove the small tube that's attached to the fluid tank and press the wash button.
1 - If fluid isn't gushing out take out the connector to the pump and connect a light bulb to it. If the bulb lights up when you press the button the pump either is busted (replace it) or its connectors are corroded (clean them).
2 - if the fluid is gushing out then it's a blockage somewhere down the line; put the tube back in the tank, find and disconnect the other end, press the button. If it doesn't work then you have found the culprit - replace it. If it does flow then continue till you locate the blocked part.

That sensor can be replaced. It's located on the washer fluid bottle which is found behind the front bumper and next to the passenger's fender.

No fluid 2006 hondyu elantra winshield washer

Just asking
Is the washer tank full of fluid?
Check the hoses and jets on the windshield They could be plugged. The pump could have dirt in it. The tank could be dirty where the fluid is sucked out of the tank itself .You can take the hose off the pump then try to make the pump work. If it squirts then you know you have dirt some place.

How do I reset the windshield washer low light on the dash of my 2012 Chrysler 300?

The light will go out when the washer fluid tank is filled, if it is full then the level sensor is defective and you need to install a new one, it is located in the washer fluid tank.

I need to know where to put the fluid for the rear wipers.

The same tank that holds the front wiper washer fluid holds the rear. If your rear washer is not working, it could be one of 2 things.....

1- your washer fluid tank is low. Most car manufacturers design the tank so the rear washers stop getting fluid first to remind you to fill the tank.

2- there is a clog in your rear washer system or the pump is not working. Your problem sounds like your pump is working, so first top off your washer fluid tank, then if after about 30 seconds of trying (it takes a while to get back there), try to first unplug the rear washer by scrubbing with a toothbrush and hot water. Next, follow the hose to see if it is pinched somewhere or broken.

Buick rendezvous 2006 - red light says "brake

Open the hood; look on the driver's side, toward the back of the engine compartment, where you will see a large drum mounted onto the firewall. On the front of this drum( the brake power vacuum booster) you will see a small, rectangular block with a plastic tank mounted on top. This is your brake fluid reservoir. On the side you will see 2 lines cast into the plastic; a ' full' line and an ' add ' line. Remove this cap ( black plastic ) and fill to the top ( full ) line. Replace cap and look over the system , since the brake system is designed to not need additional fluid as your brake pads wear normally. If you need to keep adding fluid, you may have a leak which could cause some serious braking issues. You may also want to have your brake pads inspected as you may need them replaced, as well as having the brake rotors turned ( resurfaced).
I hope this helps!!

Low Washer fluid warning light came on my Lexus 2004 rx330. Fill up fluid to full, but low washer fluid warning did not go off. Is there a way to reset, or is there a loose connection? Headlight washer and...

There is a little float mechanism inside the washer tank that is probably stuck or binding. If the wiper/washers work, you have power to the fluid tank.
Pull of the top and see if you can locate it. You might need a piece of flexible, fine wire to GENTLY help it along...

Low Washer fluid light won't go out on 2001 Jaguar S-Type

On the side of the washer fluid tank their should be a connector to the level sending unit. This switch either makes or breaks contact of the wire(s) its connected to.
(If 2 wires)
1. Try just unpluging the connector.
If that doesn't turn the light off:
2. Connect the 2 wires together(Complete the circuit)
(if 1 wire)
1. Connect wire to chassis ground.
