Need to know how to zoom in before taking picture

LG Envy 2 - can't figure out how to zoom in before taking picture on cell phone. Can't find manual.

    how do u zoom in when taking a pic on the enV2???

    there is only a zoom function on the video recorder - not the camera.

    you dont have 2 change pixel size. the default setting is like 640x800 and the only setting that does that is the highest one (i think 1000x1200)

just go to the camera s seetings and choose the smallest size of picrture.. and the zoom...will work fine.

On my Envy 2 the exterior screen has turned white with 2 black leaves on it. Otherwise the phone works.... can this be fixed?
some of them is screen savers otherwise your front screen has shattered without you knowing. I am would have to see a picture to be sure. and if it is a screen saver just go into your internal phone options and change it

That doesn't sound normal. Call verizon to see if they can troubleshoot it with you. If they cant figure it out, you may need to take the phone in. Good luck.

According to manual you should use the navigational d-pad left and right arrows. If it does not zoom in it is probably because resolution is at the maximum allowed and you cannot zoom in any further.

Why not simply call Verizon or stop by a Verizon store and let them fix it for you. You can't format a phone that I know of, just the memory chip in it.
