You need to
A/ FIRST TURN THE OVEN OFF COMPLETELY.
B/ Get access to the terminals ( usually at the back of the cooker)
C/ Disconnect the wiring from the terminals, there will be 2, 1 on each terminal.
D/ Obtain a multimeter and set it to ohms
E/ Place 1 lead on each of the terminals and check the reading in ohms on the scale.
F/ No reading on the meter indicates the heating element has gone open circuit or blown.
G/ Obtain make/serial number/type. Order a replacement from a supplier of heating elements.

unfortunately the reset button is usually inside the controls compartment, the upper back piece has to be opened and push the red reset button inside.Hpefully this helps and dont forget to unplug first for a couple minutes to attempt erasing fault

First and most importantly you have to be sure the venting is completly clear of debris and lint. Then remove and inspect the heating element and all thermostats with a multi-meter. Unless your familiar with this type of procedure you might consider calling a technician. Your wasting too much energy and money drying clothes for 2 hours. Technician much cheaper in long run.
