if you don;t have a blackberry enterprise account you can't use blackberry browser. download opera or safari browser for your mobile.

Have you previously received the settings from your mobile network provider - usually in the format of a text message. If not speak to your network provider and request these features are enabled on your phone. Have you tried both the USB and AV charger - The AV charger has the slide AV - which may be loose. I have never had a problem with USB connection.
