Who makes this, the model number would be great as well. Here is a site which has a ton of online manuals for juicers and other products. Since I couldn't find yours as named, you may find it, if so -- let us know. Otherwise, give me more info on who made it and model number. I can usually find a pdf which i can email. Good care.

Are the recipe book or the owners manual available?

The owner's manual should be available online. Any good juice recipe book will work with this juicer. I've found amazing recipes online and especially at countless Nutritional/ Vegan websites. This type of juicer is a "juice extractor", meaning it doesn't completely liquify all of the pulp like the new Ninja does. Look for recipes that work for a juice extractor.

Cleaning my juicer

Generally you will have good luck with this item - however after using it for a while here is the problem people are stating in other reviews. You cannot get the basket our for cleaning. Unfortunately there are no instructions or troubleshooting or anything on the manufacturer's website for fixing this..

Here's the problem...There are 3 little captured balls on the basket that engage into holes into the juicer to hold it into place when you load it. The problem is that over time - the balls get juice in them. Then you store the thing with the basket locked into the juicer. Then from sitting in your cupboard - the juice dries and the balls are stuck. When they get very sticky they do not float in their cavity they are stuck. Then after you juice the next time - you cannot get basket off. basket is stuck and you will destroy the juicer if you try to pry it out with excessive force.
If you have this problem and you are lucky enough to be reading this - I have figured out the fix on my own...

You need to fill up a large tupperware, rubbermaid, whatever - bowl about 3 inches deep with hot water. Then take the juicer with the clear cover off and flip it upside down and into the hot water. Make sure the water is covering the entire basket area, but not so deep it goes into the motor area. I let it soak for about 3 hours, but I don't think you will need to do it for that long. When I took it out of the water I was able to pry the basket out with very little force. This is when I discovered this flawed design with the balls. Now I rinse the little ball bearings really good after using and dont store it connected. Then before connecting the basket to the juicer rinse the little bearings and push them in to make sure they are freed up before each use.

I used it probably for a year or so about 40 or 50 times without this issue, but let it sit for about 4 months - which is why I believe it caused these balls with juice in them to get so frozen I couldn't remove it.

Good luck. It worked for me.. this should work for you!
