This motherboard will take an add-n serial card (PCI slot) to get your nine pin connection. the hieght that this card can be will be determined by the case room you have inside your particular case.
there are three PCI slots on your motherboard, this is where you install the card if the slots are not used by other cards.
Here is a link to the type of card you need---

Hi! i am using Intel DG33FB motherboard, i need the information about the connectivity of front pannel audio. for this it is Realtek HD audio port. i am having 5 cables set for the front pannel...

The L&R-Ret2&3 are common so only one needs fitting so for the speakers you only need to connect 3 cables. R-Out, L-Out and one return (either L of R). I'll comment back shortly on the mic pins for you.

I want to hook up a slave hdd to a pslp-le motherboard how do I configer it?

If it's a SATA you don't need to configure anything. If it's a PATA then at the rear you will find a small set of pins with a tab across one of them: just look at the label of the hdd it will be shown the position to put the tab to set it up as slave.

I cannot get com port 2 to work. I am adding the second com port the mother board is suppose to support 2. I have found the connection connected the 9 pin connector looked in the bios for port b but it is...

The Bios selection should be in 'advanced' features that allows the selection for the com ports. If the option is greyed out, then it is not available for use.
