I have a Frigidaire/Electrolux wine cooler model # FWC425GS that is just out of the extended warranty (of course) and it will not cool. I hear the compressor running and the digital display seems to be operational as well as the interior light. How and what do I test to find the issue?

On the Magic Chef site you can order parts for the cooler. I took mine out and treid to find them on the web somewhere else and could not locate them anywhere except China and England. I know this isn't true but tried every search option I could think of. They are about $22 plus shipping (HIGH).
