easy as pie download android sdk from google install it on your c drive under android sdk then download and install the usb drivers for your phone then right-click on "my computer" on your pc select properties select environmental variables highlight path select edit and ad in c:\androidsdk/adb/tools then plug in your phone to the pc open a command prompt via the run function on your start window and enter: command then type in "adb" press enter then type in "adb" devices then press enter at this point you can unlock your phone via an adb command listed in the command promps once you type "adb" then press enter ill link a youtube video its not as hard as it sounds its just not the easyest thing to walk a person through with a written discription. if you still dont feel upto it pay someone on craigslist 10 or 20 bucks to do it for you they will offer you the option to root your device witch is awsome but more dangerious or annoying than 90% of android users. sorry for the long explanation. here is your youtube link

you will have to do a master reset....you will loose everything on the phone....it is important that you create a google profile, which will back up all your contacts....

1. Remove and reinsert battery.
2. Press Volume down, Send, and End keys until reboot option pops up.
3. Scroll to wipe data/factory reset, then press OK.
4. Press Volume up to hard reset the phone.
5. With reboot system now highlighted, press OK to reboot the phone.....
