Open up the Server Management Console, then expand the Exchange Server Settings (usually named "Your Organisation - Exchange"). Then browse to the Servers and then "Your Server", then to the First Storage Group, and then right click -> properties on the Mail Box Store. This then brings up the properties for the Mailbox Store. Click on the "Limits" Tab. You will notice that you have the limits now displayed in KB - change the limits to your desired size, and click OK.

You have SP2? Is that for Exchange Server or the SBS 2003 OS or both? Make sure you have the latest Service Packs installed for both. I think that's SP2. Exchange Server has to be updated to work with the iPhone. Check that the settings in IIS are the same for Security, Authentication where to use SSL (although different certificate for each server) etc. for OMA, OWA, Exchange etc.

When asked if you want the User ID file copied to your data directory, click Yes.
Type in the password for the user ID file.
If prompted to set up Instant Messaging, clear the Setup instant messaging check box, and then click Next.
On the Additional Services page, click Next.
You will receive a message that indicates that Notes setup is complete. Click OK.
Verify
that the selected location is set to Office (should be displayed in the
lower-right corner of the Notes client). If not, select the name
displayed there and then choose the Office location.
