Bulldog deluxe 500 doors will not operate with the remote

Installed a bulldog deluxe 500 2 way remote starter on my daughters 2001 Mustang. The car starts, heater turns on, but when she tries to unlock the car with her keyless entry remote ( the one that came with the Bulldog, not the factory one). Called Tech Support three times, left messages, have yet to hear from them. The wires are down over the petals and she can not drive her car. PLEASE HELP

    thanks for replying, I took it to a shop and they fixed it for me. Bulldog finally answered their phone, but was very short with me and were not able to resolve the issue.

Bulldog has it BAD that Way I have seen this More than Once I nstalled one In A Chevy Blazer and 7-8 Months Later it Started "STARTING ON ITS OWN There HELP LINE NEVER HAD An Answer for Me So I Disconnected it Keep Tryin or Send it Back To them Sorry Not So Helpfull I Just Would Disconnect it

I have a bulldog deluxe 500 car starter. sometimes it switches to valet mode. i'm not sure why or how it does this. can someone tell me how to turn valet mode off? i can't seem to place the instruction...
With ignition on push and hold valet (programing) button for 2 seconds or untill remote beeps and z"s disappear.

Bulldog remote start brain module acting crazy!, turns alarm on!
I have installed 4 deluxe 200s ( 2 on my vehicles and one on each of my parents) and I seem to have problems with the remotes dying but no other problems. I had to buy another unit just to get the remote so now I have an extra deluxe brain brain. Remove the battery in your remote for 15 sec, then put back in, start your car with your key, wait 15 sec, while the car is running press the * star button 2 times, it should beep , if not try it again, if still nothing post me back and we can go from there
