This one is in 3 languages, but it is worth the read. The diagram to choose the patterns from the frony of the machine are on page 28. Hope this helps.

You can get a manual at www.ifixmachines.com or you could try www.brother.com. Best bet is the general manual order form, I'd pay with paypal.com and they'll get you the manual or refund your money.
Good luck, that seems to be a older model
SOURCE: Kenmore sewing maching model 158.904
I bought mine at Walmrt. They are a Singer product and says it will fit most machines. There are 2 belts in the package and the small one is for bobbin winders. I have a Kenmore 158,904 and it fits perfect.

They carry manuals for almost every sewing machine ever made.
If they don't have it, they usually will tell you where you could get it.
SOURCE: I also need a New Home (Janome) HF 3000 sewing
I would call Janome directly, 1-800-631-0183 and order one from them. They are open from 8:30 am To 5 PM,( Mon-Fri) I would also tell them that they should make their manuals available for download (and free) like Singer and Brother. Companies who make it impossible to for the customer to get a copy of their manuals drive me crazy. Not everyone sews between the times that they are open, to answer questions. I would complain to them, if nothing else, it may make them more sensitive to their customers. After all, they are not the only ones selling machines, and there is a real renaissance going on with sewing. They should appreciate every customer they have, especially with this economy.
