1) try to use another charger or 2) use the USB system see the 3) test the batteries if o.k or drained or faulty clean the contacts batteries for dirty or corroded. see diagram attached.God bless you

Well with the phone turned
off, press
and hold
the VOLUME UP
and VOLUME DOWN
buttons, then press
the
END/POWER
button shortly
and release it. You will then see a message
on the screen asking if you're sure about resetting it. If so press the VOLUME UP key. It should boot shortly after that.

You must intall either ActiveSync (if your PC has Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (in case it has Vista or 7). You can download any of them from this location.

try to perform a hard reset and see if that will fix your problem. But before you do ill have tell you will lose all your information on that phone once its hard reset.

I have the same problem on my HTC HD2 T8585
I thought it was a
battery, but I bought a new battery. The problem comes
on when the charger is pluged and then shuts off in seconds and turn back on and to the same
thing over.
