Problem with ATI Compatible FireGL 3200 Video Card

You didn't tell more details about your problem with your graphics card so I can troubleshoot what will be the problem with it. Before I solve it, lemme ask you a few question:
Since your OS is Win XP, is it 32bit or 64bit? What is your CPU frequency clock speed? What application does your graphics has a problem? And also, what is your monitor's maximum resolution? And what is your mobo (sometimes this has some source of issues).

If you are looking for a video card compatible for your PC in purpose of games I would recommend for you to use ATI or NVidia video cards. any model of this that is released above 2003 are 3d compatible.

Make sure you all have this system requirements.

This sounds like your computer may be several years old and the hardware a little outdated. It will depend on the game since today's latest games require not only 3d-acceleration but super fast acceleration as given by "NVIDIA" or "ATI"'s latest graphic cards.

If you are running a relatively simple game, you need to see if your computer uses which type of graphic card connector.

In the old days it was PCI, then came AGP and later PCI Express.

What the above will tell you is which 3d graphic card type to buy. You can get a graphic card at newegg.com or lots of other places varying in speed and capacity.

I hope this helps ... is this a new game and if so go to its web site or check box for special needs for that game .... if this is on a Pc meaning not a laptom check your cables for good connection and the wires for broken places ...     You may have alredy checked all this ...  And heres somthin  Does it do it with all your 3d games if it does then its  One of Three things 1 a wire connection problem 2 a software problem (driver) or 3 The card ....

To me it is probably personal preference. I have always like Nvidia, and I have had a couple of systems that had ATI. Nvidia to me seems more stable and more reliable. You might search some sites for benchmark comparisons

try to get latest graphics driver on the net and install latest version of direct x;game speed can also be increased by defragmenting the drive in which the game is installed.
