Your motherboard did not post . When this happens nothing works. Your card is probably good.
But before we jump the gun, just make sure that it is not a power supply issue that is preventing startup. Try another known working supply to see if the mo bo works. If not, then it is a cmos issue
You need to determine the exact model you have. Biostar has been known to make custom model numbers that do not show up on there site. But the drivers for one of these boards should work for your computer.
