I have the EXACT same problem after downloading a few songs. Did you experience this problem? Now I suggest you check an AT&T store and ask about the phone there (EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN AT&T PLAN). Tell them about it and ask if they know about this. Since this is occuring to me you can send a complaint to Sony Ericsson about this as well. Notice that you may be missing ALL your applications in that area...It's a strange phone. Good sound quality but probably more buggy than the CECT Hiphone!
