I would try uninstalling it, make sure all registry keys are deleted,
and reinstall, as for you graph card slot agp,,most anything needs pci-e,,you should look at a system or motherboard with pci-e.
With amd and intel fighting, a good new one that is 5 times faster
is very cheep. Cyberpower has a desktop cpu-amd x2,,5000 with pci-e and ati 2100 graph card with vista for around 428.00
This is a fast pc,, If you want core 2 duo it is over 500.00
You can look at dell,,,I just hate there motherboards.
I only run ASUS boards.

Google earth says i don't have a graphics card

You may have an onboard graphics controller built into the motherboard and not a PCIe board physically connected to a slot dependent card. Google requires a High definition video processor to replicate Google Earth photos. The resolution needs to be approximately 1600 Pixels x 1200 Pixels or greater. You can get an inexpensive Color Card from TigerDirect.Com, plug it into the slot on the motherboard and attach your monitor to it. If you can get HD resolution 1900 Pixels plus, the visuals are excellent.

Sometimes stuck my video player in dell laptop

It is possible nvidea has ram memory not functioning properly, or the laptop is busy with other programs causing a brief interruption while watching your video player. Check to make sure you have latest update on your video graphics card, and contact nvidea about your problem, may have a fix.

Dispaly graphic drivers

first of all you need to find out what your graphics card is
eg intel onboard/ nvidea/ATI
you need make and model
I use Unidentified device driver search net and download when installed use to find type of video card note name and number (write down) go to google and search for them
EG. nvidea 2345 drivers
this is how you would put it in search engine Its the smae for any other drivers you may need in future
