When we try to fly it, it won't go up. it just spins around on whatever we put it on.when we hold it, and let it go, it crashes. it looks fine.
what do we do?
The top rotar blades are not turning but are slipping every now and then.
I had the same problem. There is a small set screw to tighten the top rotors to the shaft. I tightened that screw and copter then flew normally. This screw must be tightened periodically.
Where is the "small set screw" at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We cant control our helicopter. The body spins out of control
My havoc heli spins around and won't get off the ground and this is after the tail prop broke and i replaced it. i also noticed that the tail is broken. all of the troubleshooting sites i've been to don't list this as a possible problem. can anyone shed light on this???
can't get it to trim properly. it just spins then crashes.
when i try the trim it still spins out of control
Three solutions for you: 1- The little screw that tightens the upper set of plastic blades to the metal rod is loose. 2- The internal white gear that makes the big bottom black gear to spin is pushed too high, lower it using a small screwdriver. 3- The internal small white gear that spins the top black gear is too low, push it up with a screwdriver. Took me a full night to figure it out, now it flys perfect again.
There are three possible problems. 1- The top screw that tightens the blades to the shaft is loose. 2- The internal small white gear on the rear end of the heli is too high, push it down with a screw driver so that it is in good contact with the lower black gear. 3- The internal white small gear at the front of the heli is too low. Push it upwards fully so that it is in good contact with the upper black gear. Had the same problem now it flies perfect again. Controls are junk though :S
Mine won'twork either and neither will the Brookstone U-Control Helicoper
powers up but won't fly
