Wrong window switch installed.

try removing the rear wiper switch and using that instead of buying a 50 dollar one..! It's the same two way rocker control...

After 7 yrs, things just don't work as they should. Do the passenger windows work at the door switch? Get a new switch and re install with nothing on but the key switch. If the passenger windows work and the alarm works, then it should be OK! The alarm may be the problem!

Make sure the master cyl is mounted flush against the firewall, If you put spacers or washers in the wrong place the plunger won't go all the way in.

You might have to bleed the brakes at the right rear and left front to build up pressure and get the air out of the system.

Also, did you 'bench bleed' the master cylinder? Manufacturers recommend and require that you do this in order to get any air out of the master cylinder before installing.

the master switch on the left front door hold the keys to all. supply your own power the the switch with like a battery from a power drill to see if its the switch in the master assembly.

try disconnecting the front line, have someone else then step on the brake pedal and hold it down while you re-install the line. If that doesn't do it, you probably did get a defective master cylinder.

Well if none of your windows work more then likely it is a master window switch witch would be the one big switch on your drivers front door. Have you tried using the switch on the other doors to see if any of the windows work? If none of the switches work try checking the fuses and relay's first. A fuse or relay is easy and less then $20 for the part and you can do yourself just read the fuse box to locate the part. If you need a master switch call a junk yard the switch can be less then $80 there just pay someone a few dollars to install it. If the problem only related to single window then it sounds like the window motors are bad. On average, the price of a reconditioned window motor (check O'reilly or Autozone) installed on that car is about $150-$200 per window. This may be just a case of inadvertently hitting the window lock out n th driver door window switch by mistake. Check that first. Here's some background on window operation

Principles of Operation
The driver power window regulator motor is controlled directly by the master window/door lock/unlock switch (and its integrated "auto down" module). Power is supplied to the power window relay and the master window/door lock/unlock switch, and the passenger power window switch when the SEC/timer module grounds the coil side of the power window relay. The SEC/timer module will ground this relay when the ignition is in the ON position and will remain energized for approximately 15 minutes or until the driver or passenger door is opened.
The driver power window regulator motor is a reversible motor that is operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to lower the window, and then reversing polarity on those leads to raise the window.

Without proper electrical diagnostic equipment and based on the very through description that you gave I would suggest getting a new switch. I say a new switch because on the drivers side the switch is one giant junction block. I have the same vehicle and had my door panel off for some locking issues.
