All reviews that I am reading confirm my belief. It is a 1st generation DVD player and therefore will be hard pressed to play any newer DVDs. Think of it as technology advancing. It's sad but it happens. Even newer DVD players can not play the types of movies being developed today. i.e. BluRay discs. So if you cleaned it and you can play picture discs chances are you're going to have to sacrifice which movies you can watch and search for those it will play.

there is interface problem between hdmi port actually signal are not reached in system ic these signaled are dropped between hdmi port & hdmi switching ic so please go to your nearest Sony service center & repair main board because this problem is in main board

Sony DVP-S7000 DVD player does not respond to front panel buttons or the remote control

The only possible solution and it is a long shot, unplug unit from wall receptical, now press and hold power for 60 seconds, this will drain any residual voltage and reset the microprocessor in hopes it will work. If this fails I recommend the sony technician.

Disc will not play. It tries to load but after 20 - 60 seconds it stops

There many possible issues, the motor may be wearing out or the laser may be wearing out.
Generally not cost effective to fix.

My Sony DVP-FX720 works perfectly on Battery Power but not work from Mains adapter and the battery will not Charge. Mains adapter is OK.

I think you are asking fuse in Sony DVP-NS575P DVD Player.
Its just next to AC wire connector and not ordinary glass tube type.
Locate it in below image of PCB of power supply board..
