When the phone goes to turn on it says verision and then all of a sudden it just goes to a white screen and nothing else really happens...it seems like it isn't starting up....HELP please!

hi, there are two kinds of white screen in phone, the first one is because of damage LCD (glass screen) , defective display driver (small chips that makes the display works) and the other one is corrupted software...in damage lcd the phone will detected by computer because its software is still working...so , the problem of your phone am sure is the second one , corrupted software....your phone needs to reprogram,and need to go to the model of the phones care center to fix you problem... i hope ,i will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya...

my screen is not appearing it started last four moths after some few minutes the time comes and when any of the key pad is pushed sudden it will vanish and the screen turns white.
Its a hardware problem, you need to open you sent (disassemble). then remove LCD Strip then clean it, with alcohol. put it back, if not work then change you lcd.
