    i have the same problem except i need them for xp. i bought the phone from an individual that did not have the disk and samsung's site does not have a driver download. i have searched and not been able to find one anywhere.

    It is impossible to get Sprint to be fair with this phone also. I am disabled (can't feel my fingers well) and can't get them to understand the issue. Of course if I want to pay them 200.00 I can get a new phone :(. I also have Vista and cannot import any photos etc... Nor can I get any music to play ...

Drivers are not needed for XP or Vista. To Connect your phone to your pc, Plug it in, Cancel the connection wizard. On your phone go to tools, Mass Storage... and Connect to pc. Drivers will then be installed, and you have acess to the files on the memory card to transfer MP3's and pics

Samsung has no Drivers for the M620 Upstage. They only carry a Manual for download.

You dont need vista i use my upstage with vista and it works perfectly fine use it like you would xp and itll work

How do i transfer my music from my computer to my samsung sph-m620 cell phone using a usb cord ?
  1. just connect your phone with your pc
  2. and open your phone files
  3. and then you have open your my computer music.
  4. select the music and copy your phone's music folder.
  5. and paste it

My upstage wont charge and keeps flashing on and off
Try reseting phone, if that doesn't work you will have to take it into sprint. This phone has alot of bugs.

I can't charge it via usb my driver software that I downloaded doesn't work. What should I do?
well first of all the usb cable that comes with the cable isnt 2.o so it is not really meant to charge the phone, it is just to transfer data

file transfer is hard on the upstage and it is hard!!! and slow!!! just use the cable

theirs a button that you slide up and down. ... (you may try to push it but it wont work... you need to slide the button.) I had to go to my sprint store to figure this out.. :)

The battery in my son's Samsung SPH-M620 cell phone (the Upstage) is dead. Can anyone provide pointers to disassembly instructions and/or replacement batteries? Thanks very much!

My phone was doing the same thing..
I took it into the Sprint store, and they made me leave it for a couple hours so they could "try to fix it"..
Which, by the way.. they never can..
Any time I take a phone in there.

But basically, they made me order a whole new phone..
Because the Samsung UpStage is just a piece.

Sorry to be the barer (sp?) of bad news!!
