Lately, my the Camera feature on my phone has been freezing my Amaze. All other apps on my phone work well. However, as soon as I click on the default camera app the screen turns black and simply freezes. Is there any solution?
Reset Phone Not a Solution _ Tested by Myself _ Reset Not Worked(4me) _then i tried to Wipe it out my htc amaze rom and installed it again _ but still its not working _ then i thought may be there is some hardware parts are moved or loosed from it place_ checked _ around 3 Times _and replaced all the parts Carefully but still not Fixed .. Guys u can try the last step but may b no result come to U_ So may b this case need a professional Help From the htc Department or any other Dev. Dept.

Sounds like maybe a program corrupted something, my best guess is to just hard reset it. I know its hard losing everything but what the point of saving it if it never works anways. Hold down the power, talk, and end buttons when the phone is off, this should bring up some directions on the screen saying press Volume Up to hard reset the phone.
After thats complete re-download the programs, that should help.

Requires complete updates of entire system especially when introduction of a features has been addded that may have downgraded or created system alteration beyond what was default. Consider setting the phone to system defaults too a achieve touch screen funtionality once more.

Do a hard reset:
Please note that all
data will be deleted from the HTC Wildfire as a result of this
procedure. This process does NOT delete data stored on the microSD card.
We recommend backing up all of your personal data before proceeding.
1. Turn the power off. If your HTC Wildfire is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
2. Hold the Volume Down button
3. Press and release the Power button
4. You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
5. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
6. Press and release the Power button
7. Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO
If you selected YES, all data including third-party applications will be deleted from the HTC Wildfire.
Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.

Dude take off the case like your about to take off the battery out.Check the top of you phone if the left piece of your phone is gold it broken.
