My sidekick fell in water , like normal water . And well everytime i use it it says something like " sidekick is having some techinically difficultie plz contact ur nearest t-mobile store " it works fine except for one of the top buttons . Im scared 2 take it to t-mobile because i think they wont give it back .. nd i like my sidekick . What should i do??

Maybe it's because you're phone might off turned off and you didn't know. Because, if a sidekick turns off, normally when it comes back on everything is gone.

first make sure that your video card driver is installed.. then after installing install the latest version of flash.

im so sorry for this inconvienience, f you didnt automatically remove the battery after dropping it in the pool then you are almost surely out of luck. leaving the battery out is key, after that take it to an electronics repair store and have them to dry it out and spray electrical parts cleaner on it! this helps it evaporate water and prevent oxidation (which is conductive) after they have finished your phone could work for the next two years!

you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried

You need to reseat your battery and put a piece of folded up paper between the battery and the battery cover. This should help with random restarts.

You should think of buying a whole broken sidekick as a matter a fact I'm buying one thats only a buck.

have you taken this to your local phone store?

maybe you should go to one or any phone store near you which repairs phones, it shouldnt cost alot but maybe when it fell something in the sim reader has fallen.
does the little silver clip still hold the sim in?

you can buy a screen off ebay and with a T6 screwdriver replace it yourself, it's really easy
