I read somewhere there may be an internal battery like on the motherboards of computers. If that goes dead the system will not boot. Replacing sounds like something for the professionals
u have to make an actuall battery charger> thats rite u have to buy or make a charger that will actually charge up the battery then you should have no more problems
You will need a 5V, 1 amp charger with a mini (not micro USB connector. Search Amazon. They sell the hybride Jazz 178 and accessories. When you plug it in it will charge automatically and the record button with flash red when it's charging.
One option you have is to get an adapter so you can plug the usb end into the adapter and then plug into the wall and it should charge. I just got this camera like 10 minutes ago so I'm not sure if you can plug it into the computer to charge it. You've had it for atleast 6 days so you probly already have found an answer to this.
