The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. To print this, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

To change the language this is all you need to do Is open the MENU then MAIN SETTINGS then select LANGUAGE SETTINGS and finally your language and that will do it. You may also want to change the location under the time selection in the menu.
