You may re-seat your ram, video card and processor and pci cards. Turn it back on and see if that works. If you have to do that often then your motherboard has a bad connector or socket on it. If you just installed somthing on your pci slots take them out. If re-seating your ram video card processor and pci slots doesn't work, remove all pci cards and try, If that method works, install them 1 at a time and see when it stops working to isolate the problem.

Good luck hope your motherboard isn't shot,

Christopher

Check the ram modules, and the graphic card.

How many beeps comes, when you start the pc ??

Here is a list of beep codes:

http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm

One long beep is a ram module failing.
Try insert one module, and reboot.
The problem could also be, the power supply.

My cpu is not booting and neither any thing is displaying on the moniter, i checked ram is ok.... don't know what to do, please me

Open the case, and disconnect all the devices (CD, disk-drive, floppy-drive). Turn the computer on, and see if the fan on top of the CPU spins, if the fan in the power-supply spins, and (optionally) if a lamp on the motherboard lights-up.

If not, then you need to try a different power-supply.

My computer often fails to start. even if the hard disk is running my moniter and keyboard doesn't show ant sign of power signal and the moniter screen just remain blank with power led of moniter blinking

Try cleaning the RAM as shown in the image below6bb1d33.jpg
Note: make sure that the computer is turned off before removing the RAM from the DIMM slot. Hope this helps.

NO display P4VM800M7

This type of problem is so common nowadays. What I did is open up the casing, pulled out the RAM and by using pencil eraser, rubbed the contact pattern. Put it back and turn on your computer. Always work for me and hope it might work for you too.
