TO my knowledge, there is no "All Area" cheat. There are cheat codes to summon cars, gun, ammo, life, etc... but travel must always be done manually or in a taxi. As there are no "locked" areas within the game, I am unsure what exactly an "All Area" cheat code would do. There are no real cheats for Second Life. A game such as that would never allow for any major cheats, especially money cheats. Now you can enter a debug mode for simple options that are like minor cheats for your own personal fun.
Press Ctrl-Alt-D while in-game to open debug options. Here you can control various things such as turning on wireframe mode, or making invisible objects visible. Note any change you make will have no effect on other players. To disable debug, press Ctrl-Alt-D again
