You can either it either using a USB cable or through the wall charger. You should have both as part of the package with your player. Do you have time? Or is your problem something more than that?

Check the ikasu MP$ player manual for the video format that will work with the MP4.
Usually the MP4 has a diferrent formats for the videos
For ipod that's MOV so check it you just have to convert your videos to the right format

idk maybe its crappy if not (under your judgement not mine) you need to see if your warranty is still working ... solution #2 you could alwaysw still havwe the companies number or some other **** and call them and then report your case .
