its time for a oil change. to reset the light the odo has to be on current mileage not trip a or b. with the car off push in the stem for the odo and hold it and then turn on the key the numbers will disappear and return when they do you are reset. the light will come on again in 5000 miles.

It means you have a tire that is low on pressure. Ck them all, including the spare.

I just bought a 2005 Highlander and the tire pressure light was on while I was test driving it.
