Question about Sanyo PM-8200

Sanyo 8200 Recently my Sanyo 8200 was stolen. I've gotten the phone back now but I'm unable to use my camera and unable to view my pictures. The phone now requires a code to grant access to the camera feature. PLEASE HELP!! There are several sentimental and important pictures on my phone. KFlan

    someone has locked my sanyo pm 8200 and my phone died so i charged it turned it back on but now it says its locked .? how do i get into my phone

Call your carrier for assistance. usually it is the last 4 digits of your phone number. However, if somebody has set a code on it... you might be able to go online to retrieve the info. I would FIRST call your carrier they may have a simple fix.

Delete
You need to go to each option, ie pictures go to camera then pictures on phone and check mark each one then select delete.

sane for Messeging textes There should be an option to delete all messgege.

Phone books vary you might be able to delete all phone book info at the same time or you may have to go to each entry to delet them.

I had the same issue once I scrolled down from the picture and found the picture mail had an option to view messege.

If that is not the case could be a programming error with your picture mail. You might want to contact your carrier for support issues.

Black pictures with blue lines running horrizontally through them
If you are able to see the picture in the LCD in black color and if there are no damages to the LCD -the LCD is fine. There is a back light panel attached behind the LCD which may be defective.Check for the loose connections. If you need spare parts contact me.
