check fuses under the dash and hood, if these are good then check for power and ground at the headlight socket, on both low and high beam. there are 3 wires at the plug one will be a ground and one will be for the low beam and the last one will be for the high. if one of these is not there then you will have to check wiring from the plug back for a bad wire.
No they are two different engines. Swapping them would involve changing over many other components besides just the engines. Including mounts, harnesses, computers, etc.
try replacing the oil preasure switch, if that doesnt solve your problem then have your oil preasure tested, if it really doesnt have oil preasure it will cause internal engine damage so start with the switch and then go from there, hope this is helpful.
