Letter c with a line over it???

The medical short term for "with" is a lower case c with a line over it how can I do this?

    Thank you....but I do not see what I am looking for. Perhaps you have another version of Word (mine is Word 2003) and I have searched completly in symbols. On a manual typewriter, this could be done with the over type key (I believe that was the term).

Go to Tools/AutoCorrect.../Options and under "Correct as you type" section, uncheck "Capitalize first letter of sentences.
