When placing batteries, two read lights turn on in the front and the flash does nothing else. ???

My question is whether these three LEDs steady light or flashing during normal mode?

If all three LEDs flash, that means NTC sensors failure!

NTC evaporator sensor is placed on back side of battery evaporator and NTC ambient sensor is placed on front side of batery evaporator.
Battery evaporator is placed in freezer compartment.

pull the positive wire of your battery wait bout ten to fifteen secs put it back on this will reset your computer

Your settings are set for off the camera use

Remove the battery, place the laptop in a warm, dry and sunny spot for several days so it dries out completely. Replace the battery and see if the laptop boots up.
If not then the laptop maybe beyond repair, especially when water was spilt on the laptop when it was running. This could have caused some electronic components to short out.

The security system does not disable the starter, it only disables fuel to the engine. In the fuse block under the hood, locate the STARTER relay. Place your hand on this relay and see if it clicks while someone else turns the key to start...if the relay is ok then the starter itself is faulty. Good luck, i hope this helps.

Hello! I suspect there is a resistive connection on the + battery cable and/or the - battery cable connections to the starter motor which are temperature sensitive...Using a digital volt meter (cost $25-30 if you do not have one)...Put the DC voltage scale on it's lowest setting...Place + probe on the center of the battery post...Place the - probe on the starter motor + connection...Must read no more than .03 volts...Perform the same test on the - battery post...With the - meter probe on the starter case...Must read less than .06 volts...If readings are incorrect the problem is as stated...And cables need to be replaced...

Remove any drives and then power on, if nothing displays, replug your memory card,processor and dedicated video card if there is any. Lastly reset your bios, just remove the button shape battery and then place it back.

Make sure your batteries are inserted properly (+/-) Slide the battery cap on and off several times to make sure you have good contact.

my phone wont stay on and when it does come back on it shuts right back off. the LED light on the front keeps flashing red. ive taken the battery out and everything and nothing seems to work. help please!

Here they are:

1. Four fully charged or new batteries into 283.
2. You needs a DVM (Digital Volt Multimeter).
3. Set DVM: DC scale, higher than 10 scale.
4. Black Lead to black DVM and Red Lead to red DVM.
5. Turn ON the Vivitar 283 and wait until light turns Green.
6. Place Black Lead to Outside Silver Contact of the flash.
7. Place Red Lead to Center Silver Contact of the flash.
8. What is the voltage reading? Read the max. V.
9. Anything under 8VDC will be fine.
10. Some versions will be high.
