Windows XP SP3 won't detect LAN card of nvidia 630i geforce 7100..

Microsoft is working with nVidia for a patch ..... so try XP SP2 ...

It very well could be the pwoer supply going bad on you. Some games demand more from a gpu then others. This being said, the more your game needs, the more the card needs. Try troubleshooting with a larger PSU.
