You need to identify the fuse and what is on that circuit and look for what is shorting it out. It is normally abraded insulation that is grounding back to the battery, or what is on the end of it has failed.

Sounds like air in the steering system and air in the hydraulic clutch.

easy fill resevoir then turn steering full lock left to right about twice ,check fluid level ...job done

air in the system .put your heating on full .to bleed the heater.remove the expansion bottle cap .run the engine push in the hose from your radiator with your fingers to get the air out your bottle and replace your cap.

You must have the fault code read that is recorded when the light flashes. Have the system canned by the dealer.
