The VA12 seems to be a Japanese only model, there's nothing on the NEC US site. There is a VersaPro VA12 on the Japanese site, but... it's in Japanese.

You can go here: http://support.necam.com/downloads/ and enter your model and windows operating system to get the files you need. Hope this helps.

You download the drivers from the NEC WEB site, make sure you select your model laptop/computr and the correct XP or Vista version of the drivers.

I needed the Ethernet driver for  Nec Versapro VY22X/RX-L

Please post the complete model name: Ex: NEC VersaPro VY22/RX-L . What O.S. (Operating System) you're using. So that I can find the right drivers for you.
