My full blasting power for defroster, AC, heater does not work. Is it a fuse that I can replace or something else
So, it works on all settings except for full power?Sounds like the switch in the climate control unit itself.

A very common solution here is replacement of the blower motor resistor. The resistor when they break do one of two things.
A. work only on high
B. dont work.
This item is located on passanger side under dash and is usually held in with two small bolts on either side with an electrical connector seperating the mounting screws. It is mounted right in the air box. I replace at least one of these a week in my shop very common item.

remove the trim panel below the glove box and you will see the blower motor,just to the left of it you will see a 4 wire connector plugged into the case. This is the blower motor resistor,this is what you need to replace.

This is definitely 100% the Blower Motor Resistor.
Replace this and all speeds will work fine.
This Resistor is defined with 3 to 4 wires going into it, and is located adjacent to the Blower Motor.
It is easily access, removed and replaced.
