Can someone tell me how to turn off the speaker phone because i can't hear if someone is calling me with it on.... my son turned it on last night & I dont' know how to turn it off.... my son is 1 so he can not tell me lol

Go to the Menu of your phone and press the 'Multi-media." You can also find it on your screen. Press on it and there you will find the settings that would turn the sounds off

what makes your son doesn't hear anyone is because, the earpiece located at the top of the phone where you can hear some one from if bad and is needs to be replaced for your son to hear people when calling.
When you replace the earpiece he can hear people when they call.
I had the same deal. But I was able to solve the issue. Go to your setting and tools and go to phone setting and check your TTY modes make sure that your phone is check under TTY-Hearing if not that's your problem ..make sure you check it and save it than turn off your phone and wait 5 minutes than turn it back on.. and you should be set. Ready to use
