The converence board is bad and if you remove the back it ios located on the right side towards the front and there are a couple of fuses on it, Covergence ICs, need change.

Tv have a problems known as a convergence problems,it dead.The tv convergence board require 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all it resistors must be replaced to solved convergence problems.The shop will cost u $300-350 for parts and labors.

This sounds like a convergence output IC problem. convergence board would have to be removed - remove and replace 2 STK IC's and check the surrounding resistors. Shops usually charge between $200-$400
the tv needs to have a convergence done on it to realign the picture..the colors have to be set a certain way or it will show shadows and it will only get worse
